Alas, for the moment, it will have to stay a boring list of music, but know that behind it is a database that I've built and have been feeding for the past two weeks. That will be the core of a new website someday. In the mean time, I'm hoping that this bibliography will prove to the powers that be, that I deserve a nice raise at UCLA. They will have access to scores and recordings in a box.

This would have been tedious, but you might have wanted to provide links directly to the music (most of this) that you have available for play on RogerBourland.com. This is GoogleBait to the ultimate degree, and can you imagine the impact of people finding all these listings in one place and being able to go DIRECTLY to the piece and listen to it?

Without this, this is just a boring list of music that most of us will skim through with nary a pause.

I would have preferred to spend the rest of the evening with this post, clicking links and listening to your music all night... and I don't think I'm alone.

Love,
