Coin dominoes

October 29, 2006

This is Roger the 12-year old whose “wow is this cool” factor is sky rocketing on this video. I love the visuals but I also love the sound of all the cascading coins. It looks like it all takes place in an office. I wonder whether all this was done on the clock? I can’t imagine the employer would be too happy about that. Or if this is just this guy’s home office, boy, he has a LOT of free time on his hands. I’m trying to think about what it took to slowly and carefully line up every one of those coins.

I hate to be the practical one, but… the filming is way too professional to just be some guy’s project.

(And then there’s the small matter of an announcement for a TV programme – The Big Idea on Sky One – at the end…)
