		<description>I would definitely do the same kind of work that I already do, only without the constant grind of having to grade papers and travel back and forth between schools and home.  Sad to say, most businesses (and most schools) don't mind burning out their employees.</description>

		<description>I, too, think that sabbaticals should be instituted throughout the biz world.  However, then reality sets in and I wonder 'how in the world could I get all the bases covered in my small business while I'm off sabbaticaling?'  The concept of sabbaticals is healthy, but unfortunatly impractical in small business.</description>
