		<description>As I pondered this, a phrase that Wodehouse was fond of came to mind: Rem acu tetigisti, which Jeeves translates for Bertie as You have touched the point with a needle.

I think we have our maladies for a reason.  Perhaps, more aware and fully informed, we might reconsider the course, but once we are in the midst of things why not make the most of it?  I think your response to this crisis is admirably positive and will deepen your art and your life.

And yes the unfinished Contrapuctus!  I leave my body momentarily while reading through the BACH theme section, before it breaks off.  A certain retired professor was supposed to have given me a copy of the Tovey completion, but he's probably still blaming my first lover Trevor, who helped him in one of his studio moves, for irretrievably misplacing it.</description>
