Bach/Styne/Bernstein: Prelude in C/Just in Time

Here is some silly person who has dressed up like a faux-Streisand drag queen to present for us a great little gem from the 60s, “Just in Time.” The story that I learned is that Lenny assembled this piece for Adolf Green and his wife for their wedding and sang it for them. For those of you that don’t know the mix here, it is Jules Styne’s song, “Just in Time” set to the C major Prelude from the Bach Well Tempered Clavier. Only Lenny could do this. I’m sure he had a cigarette hanging out of this mouth as he sang it. And thanks to Barbra for putting this on her 3rd album.
