					<description>Although at times Williams' music reminds me of the Schickele remarks about P.D.Q. Bach---that although accusations of plagiarism were probably not warranted, it was true that he did compose exclusively on tracing paper---I must say that he's done some good tunes and is a fine craftsman.  How nice as well that someone can command such orchestral forces in this day and age.</description>
