Trailer for “Skiddoo” (1968)

Here is the trailer for the 1968 psychedelic movie by Otto Preminger called “Skidoo” featuring Carol Channing, Mickey Rooney, Timothy Leary, Sammy Davis, Jr., Groucho Marx, Jackie Gleason, Frankie Avalon, Dick Cavett, and a cast of thousands. Why have I never heard of this wacky looking movie? I pity the poor composer who had to write the “music” to this trailer. It’s a VERY long list of names. All set to music. Take a listen: it never seems to stop. And then we get to a quick list of lesser-knowns thrown in at the end. Sheesh. I wonder whether Netflix has it?
