A little peak at the finale of Act 1

February 2, 2008

Dear Mel,

Here is the first draft of the accompaniment to the finale of Act 1. Since you’ve had such trouble fetching this in the various hotels you’re staying at, this seemed like a good solution. I think it’s got great momentum. It’s like an international string band! Let me know what you think,

Roger

For the rest of my readers, this post may only be up for a short time, so if you would like to hear what I’ve been up to lately, here is the 7 minute finale of Act 1. There are characters on the stage, all singing, and a chorus commenting on the scene. Where you hear melodies, those are the singers. For now just enjoy the music. Does it sound like anything you know?
